Community Reminders and Events for Spring 2022

Spring is officially a couple days away. We hope everyone is staying healthy and well!

Below are a few community reminders:

1. Message From TMK Management: Just a reminder that all payments for the Association monthly maintenance fees are to be made out to Yorkshire Village Master Association and sent directly to the bank at PO Box 61958, Phoenix AZ 85082-1958. We are starting to see an increase in payments being sent in payable to TMK Property Management and being sent to the main office in Princeton. We cannot accept payments, and we will begin rejecting and returning them to the homeowners which may result in a late fee. As these payments are coming in, we are contacting the homeowner to update the address and/or payee but some have not yet changed. Your time and attention in this are necessary and very much appreciated.

2. With better weather, it's time to look into getting your home's sidewalk repairs done if plans haven't already been made - see our previous post HERE.

3. As we move into Spring, please be take notice of your house exterior for excessive mold or green algae which will require power washing. Homes not maintained will receive a notice and may be followed by a fine. Please help keep our neighborhood clean!

4. We're seeing more homeowners contribute to the littering of Yorkshire Village due to their recycling buckets and items not being packed properly - fallen bins and stray debris everywhere is an eyesore and a safety hazard, especially when they are in the streets. Most importantly, the cost of cleaning common areas could potentially increase HOA fees! Please see our previous post for recycling day tips HERE.

5. For collection of household hazzardous waste and recycling of electronics, there will be upcoming township events - see below:
