Yorkshire Village - Postal Services for this week of 1/23/23 (Substitute Mail Carrier)

It appears that our wonderful, regular mail carrier, Jeff, is out this week. Unfortunately, the substitute mail carrier seems to be mixing up and delivering mail to the wrong addresses for many of our homeowners. As aggravating as it may be, it happens.

If you have received someone else's mail by mistake, PLEASE be kind enough to forward it to the correct homeowner as soon as possible, as you would likely ask for the same courtesy.

You can:

• Hand deliver it directly to your neighbor's mailbox or door

• Hand deliver it directly back to the mail carrier

• Place it back in your mailbox (if you can, write "deliver to correct addresss") and raise the mailbox's red flag up so the mail carrier knows to pick it up

• If it is a larger package and you cannot do any of the above, you can notify the HOA via the comment box on the Yorkshire Village website's homepage; be sure to include the name and address of the homeowner who needs to retrieve the mail.
