Snow Removal Reminder from TMK Management: Clear Your Sidewalks!

Please be reminded that you are fully responsible for shoveling and applying ice melt to all areas of sidewalk that are at your location (front and side if you are on a corner). Unfortunately, we have had to report people to the township for non-compliance on this when they did not respond to our communications, and now they will be receiving a citation.  

*Please also be reminded that regardless if you have a tenant in the house, you as the homeowner are responsible to make sure your tenant is shoveling or that you provide that service to safeguard all areas.  

Unsafe areas are forcing everyone, which include kids trying to get to their bus stop, into the road. Please be prepared and take the appropriate steps and plan accordingly for the pending storm this upcoming weekend.
