Reminders for the Upcoming Pool Season!

2025 YORKSHIRE VILLAGE POOL SEASON
Yorkshire Village Master Association’s Property Management company, TMK Property Management, will begin delivering pool passes and/or “25” validation stickers starting the 3rd week of May. These will be delivered directly to your mailbox.
If you have your pool passes from previous years, you only need “25” stickers
ACTION REQUIRED: Please email our Property Manager and advise how many passes you have, so that the required stickers for each can be dropped off. You will need these to enter the pool area. Don’t delay, do it today!
If you do not have pool passes from previous years, you need to send an email to our Property Manager and include head shot photos, very similar to passport photos - no larger than 1”x1” in size and a closeup of your head only, please no family photos.
If you have renters in your home, you must email our Property Manager advising that you’re giving the HOA approval to issue the passes to your tenants and forward photos to our Property Manager directly. This is because the bylaws of the YV Master Association state that only homeowners receive pool privileges.

NOTE: Validation stickers/passes will only be issued for addresses whose homeowners are in good standing. Good standing means the homeowners' account with Yorkshire Village Master Association is current and does not have any open violations.
2025 POOL HOURS: 12 Noon – 8:00PM
2025 DATES OF OPERATION:
May 24 - June 24, 2025 (end of school year) – weekends only, including Memorial Day
June 25, 2025 - September 1, 2025 – open every day
Please show your valid pool passes with the "25” stickers to the lifeguards upon entering the pool and sign in. The pool will be managed by St. Nick Pool Management Inc. who managed the pool throughout the 2024 season.
Remember to keep your pool passes after the pool season closes so that you have them for validation stickers for next year.
