Message From TMK Management: Trash Day & Lawn Treatments

Hello, Yorkshire Village!

The trash and recycling crew left quite a mess today by allowing debris that fell onto the areas in front of houses to stay there. Please, pickup your area when you bring your trash cans back up today. Canal View Drive, especially, is a terrible mess. Additionally, if you are directly affected by this, I would suggest that you call Public Works to lodge a complaint - there is no reason the drivers should be leaving a mess like that.

Additionally, a reminder for folks that are putting down certain chemical applications on your lawn to please sweep it off the sidewalks. We have a lot of dog walkers and the chemicals getting into little paws is very

painful and could make our HOA pets sick. If you have a professional landscaping service, please make sure they understand they need to blow the materials off the sidewalks.
