Message From TMK Management: Residential Sidewalk Repair Program via Lawrence Township

Hello, Yorkshire Village!

Please be advised that the township is starting to put together the list of addresses to include in the annual residential sidewalk replacement program for 2023. For those of you that have received notices from us regarding sections of your concrete that are lifted or are starting to lift you may want to consider submitting the attached form.

Things to know:

1. If you fill out the attached form (below), you'll submit it to Sue Snook at the township, her email is at the top of the document.

2. Please email Kevin Marcoux at kmarcoux@tmkmgt.com with a copy of the document and a copy of the email to Sue so that we can make note on this side.

3. Please remember that this is not a free service. The township of Lawrence will bill you for this so please make sure its what you want to do.

4. Our prior memos included the name of a contractor who has done work in the community over the last few weeks, and they appear to be doing a good job: Guaranteed Home Improvement at 609-575-0378 - ask for Winston. Again, they are not HOA affiliated, therefore, you can choose to find your own masonry vendor.

5. In the meantime, homeowner’s who chose to remain on the township’s Sidewalk Repair Program 2022 list AND any other homeowners who will NOT be addressing their areas until next year, MUST proactively safeguard the area by marking all sections pending replacement with a BRIGHTLY PAINTED “X” to alert pedestrians walking on the sidewalk.

6. Please note that if you have already received a violation notice from us, you will continue to be fined the $25 per week until the areas are replaced and brought to safety compliance if you are not registered for the township. On-going inspections will be done on this item due to the trip risk.
