Message From TMK Management: Getting Ready for the Nor’easter and Parking Reminder

As a reminder, please do not park along any of the main roads within the Association while the Township is conducting plowing. Vehicles being left along the road will hinder efforts to get the roads cleared and safeguarded. As a result, you will be plowed in and you would then be expected to shovel yourself out. The HOA is not responsible for the plowing of the roads within Yorkshire Village, that is the Department of Public Works for Lawrence Township.

Additionally, please remember that you are responsible for clearing your sidewalk areas. This includes the sidewalk that is between the curb and your front lawn. If your house is a corner lot, you are considered to have two frontages, therefore you’re responsible for the clearing of all areas that stretch in front and along the side of your house. The HOA’s snow removal contractor is not able to assist the homeowners. If you are away, please make arrangements for your area(s) to be cleared to avoid potential violations from the Lawrence Township.
