Message From TMK Management: Construction on main roads within the Association

Over the last couple of days, multiple homeowners have reached out asking what kind of construction was going on along the roads and if the damages to their property would be repaired. Please be advised that the Association is not doing any construction. The work that is currently underway along the roads within the Association is by Comcast. You would have to contact either Comcast directly or the public works department at Lawrence Township for further information on what exactly they're doing and if you have damage to your property. Comcast probably has a Utility Right of Way that may go onto your property which, again, you'd have to discuss that with them directly.
