Message From TMK Management: 2026 Pool Pass/Pool Stickers process (Action Needed)

Dear Respected Homeowners:

Hoping this finds you all doing well and enjoying the spring.  We are now starting the pool pass process for the 2026 pool season here at Yorkshire Village.  Starting the 3^rd week of May--just prior to Memorial Day weekend--we will begin delivering the requested stickers / passes.  TMK has processed and submitted the annual Health License application and electrical requirements and fees to the Township of Lawrenceville in March. Your pool management company, Dream Pools, also began the set-up process for the pool itself.

The pool will open for the weekends only starting on Memorial Day, Saturday, May 23rd from 1:00PM to 9:00PM; it will be open that weekend along with Memorial Day Monday. The pool will only be open on weekends from Memorial Day weekend until the Lawrenceville schools let out for the summer and then will shift to full time 7 days per week.

Hours of operation will be 1:00pm-9:00pm between May 23^rd – August 14^th , and then will change from August 15^th -September 8^th (Labor Day) to 12:30pm-8:30pm.

As a reminder, you should still have all your pool passes that would have either been issued last summer or prior years - they are NOT to be discarded at the end of the season.  All that is needed for this year is the validation stickers.  Please email me directly and advise how many passes you have, so that the stickers for each can be directly dropped off to your mailbox; they will not be not automatically sent out to all all homeowners and must be requested as normal. 

**Physical pool passes are only issued to any new homeowner that purchased a home after Labor Day last year.  If you need new passes, you will email me head shot photos, very similar to passport photos, and your passes will be created and dropped off to your mailbox.  Please, do not send a family photo, we cannot use that.  The required photos are no larger than 1”x1” in size and a closeup of your head only. 

If you are a homeowner that has a renter in your home, you must email me directly advising that you’re giving the HOA approval to issue the passes to your tenant and then you will forward their photos to me for pass creation.  We cannot work with any renter directly.  *Only homeowners in good standing will be issued validation stickers or passes; Good standing means your account with the HOA is current and you do not have any open violations.
