Important Reminder From TMK Management/Tricie Kohut: Dues Increase as of January 1, 2023

Hoping you all had a wonderful holiday!

Please be reminded that the monthly maintenance fee for Yorkshire Village will increase to $50 as of January 1, 2023. *The coupons were ordered and shipped out in November which you should have received by now. We know there can be issues with the US Mail, so if you did not receive the printed coupon book yet (and not set up on automatic payments via the bank), you can email me to have it resent from our system. Again, as there may be issues with the postal service, we strongly suggest setting up your payments for electronic release in order to avoid any delays in reaching the bank on time. Please remember that payments are due on the 1st of every month and late as of the 15th.
