Important Message From TMK Mangement: Snow Removel Reminders

As we all prepare for a large and very dangerous weather event, please be reminded again of the following items:

1. Please remove ALL CARS from the roads, so that the township can plow the roads within the HOA freely; they will plow you in if your car is in the road, and you will impede their ability to safeguard our roadways.

2. Please do NOT park in the clubhouse parking lot - parking is not permitted.  You will also be plowed in there by the HOA vendor - that lot needs to be cleared and safeguarded.

3. Please make sure you keep all areas of your sidewalk free and clear of snow and ice.  It may be better for you to shovel multiple times during the storm vs. leaving it all until it stops.  If you shovel after several inches and then apply ice melt, that will help stay ahead of the accumulations.

4. Please be safe! There is a State of Emergency in effect already for the entire State of NJ, therefore unless absolutely necessary (first responders!) you should not be out driving and on the roads.
