Important Message from TMK Management: Upcoming HOA Election & Rescheduled Association Meeting

As previously communicated, the date for this election was to be held during our upcoming Association meeting set for this Thursday, July 22nd. Unfortunately, without candidates running there is no election. Therefore, the current Board members are proactively pushing the Meeting date out to August 19th at 6:30 via Zoom Tele conference.

If you are a homeowner in good standing and have the time to commit to serving on this Board, attached please find the required candidate profile and biography form which you’d fill out and return to Tricie Kohut either via email, fax to 888-835-9750, or US Mail to TMK Property Management, 169 Washington Road, Princeton NJ 08540. *Please do not mail or drop off at the clubhouse.

The new cut off deadline for this will be August 5th. Should you have questions please let me know.
