Important Message From TMK Management: Paperless Communications (Attention Needed)

Hello, Yorkshire Village!
Hoping this finds you all doing well. It was discussed during the executive session on July 28th that issues with mail delivery within the Association continue with more changes in the mail carriers. We know that this has been an ongoing struggle for quite some time. The issues are costing the Association money in postage when items are being mailed out and then being erroneously returned to the management office as “Undeliverable”.
Attached (below) please find an OPT-IN document for you to receive ALL Association related communications electronically. To do that, we do need your approval because, once we receive this document returned, you will no longer receive anything mailed via the United States Postal Service and all communications will be emailed. For those homeowners that wish to continue to receive data via the USPS, you don’t have to return this document at all -- and those are the only homeowners that will continue to be mailed data. Again, OPT-INs are voluntary and will ensure you don't miss any communications, and it will also assist with the budget as it pertains to postage and mailing.
Please take a minute and review the document which can then be returned to me via email at tkohut@tmkmgt.com, via fax to 888-835-9750, or via USPS to 169 Washington Road, Princeton NJ 08540. Please do NOT leave this at the clubhouse mailbox as that is not monitored. All questions should be emailed to me as well.
