From TMK Management/Tricie Kohut: Important Information Regarding Pool Access & 2022 Pool Schedule

Hello, Yorkshire Village!
As a reminder, I sent an email out previously that the clubhouse will not be open this week as originally planned for the distribution of stickers/pool passes. Homeowners are expected to email me directly with how many stickers you need, and they will be dropped off.
If you need new passes made, you must email me (tkohut@tmkmgt.com) head shot photos, no larger than 1”x1” in size, and the passes will be made and dropped off to you. But, you MUST return the occupancy form (see below).
There are a few other very important reminders to this process that you must confirm before you will receive your stickers or new passes:
1) If your account has a balance due on it, you are not in good standing and will not have stickers or passes issued.
2) If you are in violation, you are not in good standing and will not have stickers or passes issued...
**If you are a homeowner that is in violation for the lifted concrete sidewalks and are on the list for the township of Lawrence to do the replacement in the fall, you must send me a copy of the application that you were required to send to them to be added to the list so that it can be verified. If you are not on the township list and your concrete remains lifted, you are not in good standing and the stickers or new passes will NOT be issued until the concrete is replaced and a follow up inspection can be done.
**If you are in violation for power washing or property condition, you are not in good standing, and the stickers or new passes will not be issued until your violation is rectified and a follow up inspection can be done.
3) If you are a homeowner that is renting your home, please do not tell your tenant to contact management directly. All communications must be through the homeowner directly. I am again attaching the Recorded Lease Rider Resolution (see below) which requires a homeowner to pay a lease fee to Yorkshire Village in the amount of $250 and submit a copy of the fully executed lease agreement to management. We cannot communicate with your tenants directly, please make sure you’re compliant with this or your tenant will not be issued passes.
The above protocol has always been in place here at Yorkshire Village. In order to be able to use the amenities, a homeowner must be in good standing. The exception to this is the kickoff weekend of Memorial Day where it is an open weekend for homeowners / tenants to use the pool without needing a valid pool pass. The pool will open on Saturday and will be open Sunday and Monday as well during the hours of 11am to 7pm.
