Community Updates & Reminders for October 2020

Below are a few community updates and reminders:

1. Halloween is Saturday, Oct. 31st. Please see the N.J. Health Department's guidance for Halloween health and safety steps - click HERE and HERE.

2. The Lawrence Township Recreation Department is holding a Halloween House Decorating Contest. Check out the Monster Map (click HERE) for the houses that have entered and approved the use of their address for everyone to drive by and enjoy their Halloween decorations/displays. Recreation Advisory Board will be judging from October 26th-October 31st. Houses may not be ready for viewing until October 26th. *Can you spot one of our very own Yorkshire Village neighbors on the map?

3. Scam Alert - Please be aware that there have been a few incidences of our homeowners receiving “unemployment notices” in the mail. Read more HERE.

4. Blocked Mailboxes - Please be mindful of NOT parking vehicles in front of mailboxes of other neighbors. The post office will not deliver mail if a homeowner's mailbox is blocked, and violators can be issued a fine by the Lawrence Township Police. Please be considerate of your neighbors. 5. HOA Pool Committee (Summer 2021 pool opening) - In preparation, we are inviting homeowners to join a newly formed committee to participate in the planning process. As a committee member, you will be a part of the review and discussion of (forecasted) CDC/State guidelines and help identify/plan specifics necessary to meet all requirements. If interested, please email your name/address to: YVMasterAssociation@gmail.com with the subject line: Pool Committee; in early November, we will follow up to determine a suitable time for everyone and schedule the first meeting.

6. HOA emails - Automated emailed newsletters or notifications from our website will typically come from: yvmasterassociation@pb02.ascendbywix.com. To ensure you don't miss anything, please consider adding it to your email safe lists and/or checking your Junk/Spam folder from time to time. You receive emails because you subscribed directly via the website, or you are on TMK Management's email list if it was provided at one point.
