1. It appears some homeowners did not receive an email from TMK on 3/14/20 - here is a recap: TMK Management had been alerted by owners along Port Mercer Road to a tent and personal items in the wooded area. We are asking anyone who sees activity in there to call the non emergency number of the Lawrenceville Police Department at 609-896-1111 and ask for Officer Corado. A vendor was sent over to remove these items but the owner of them was there and became combative, so the vendor left. This is a police matter. We don't know anything about the person in there or what they may be dealing with, so owners are asked NOT to approach them and to call the police immediately to act.
2. From Lawrence Township - Scam Alert: On 3/24/20, the Township was notified by a resident living in the area of Fieldsboro Drive that two people knocked on their door identifying themselves as representatives of the Lawrence Township Health Department requesting to enter the residence. Please note that there are NO Township employees going door to door. Fortunately, the resident became suspicious and didn't allow entry. As a reminder, all Township employees should have identification badges visible. If you ever have a doubt whether someone works for the Township or a utility company, kindly ask them to wait outside and call the police department at (609)896-1111 or dial 911. They are happy to respond and assist. Official bulletin can be found HERE.
3. From TMK Management - Use of "Flushable" Wipes: The insurance companies are starting to see an increase in claims related to the clogging of sewer lines and plumbing lines from folks using disposable wipes in lieu of toilet paper. Therefore, we received an alert that residents need to remember that, although the labels of these wipes suggest that you should be able to flush them, most plumbing and sewer lines are NOT set up or built to break these wipes down. As a result, they're becoming solidified in the lines which is creating massive blockage and backing up into homes or breaking the lines underground. If you're using these wipes, its to your benefit to NOT flush them. Any questions on this, please contact Tricie Kohut: tkohut@tmkmgt.com.
4. Minutes from our last Association meeting on 1/23/20 are posted to the website. Instructions on how to access it, as well as other association meeting information, can be found HERE.

5. A reminder from the State: Governor Murphy Announces Statewide Stay at Home Order and Closure of All Non-Essential Retail Businesses
To mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and protect the capacity of New Jersey’s health care system for the state’s most vulnerable, Governor Phil Murphy on Saturday, March 21, signed Executive Order No. 107, directing all residents to stay at home until further notice. The order provides for certain exceptions, such as obtaining essential goods or services, seeking medical attention, visiting family or close friends, reporting to work, or engaging in outdoor activities.
“From day one, we’ve made a commitment to be guided by the facts and take any action necessary to protect the health and safety of New Jersey’s nine million residents,” said Governor Murphy. “We know the virus spreads through person-to- person contact, and the best way to prevent further exposure is to limit our public interactions to only the most essential purposes. This is a time for us all to come together in one mission to ‘flatten the curve’ and slow – and eventually halt – the spread of coronavirus.”
In effort to strengthen the existing social distancing measures in place, the order also prohibits all gatherings of individuals, such as parties, celebrations, or other social events, unless otherwise authorized by the Order. When in public, individuals must practice social distancing and stay at least six feet apart whenever possible, excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners.
Please read the full notice detailing exceptions, HERE.
