Due to recent thunderstorms, the township brush collection requirements for zone pick-ups are being temporarily suspended - see here.

Residents in all zones will be permitted to place yard waste at the curb for collection with the understanding that all items placed at the curb must meet the size limitations of the yard waste requirements outlined in Ordinance 2307-18. This means tree branches shall be no greater than six inches in diameter and no greater than three feet in length. No tree stumps will be collected.

For the purposes of this special storm collection, the length of the yard waste pile will be increased to 25 feet for the next collection ONLY. This exemption will expire after our zone has been collected - for Yorkshire Village, that is the first week of August (ending everywhere on August 16, 2019). For material which exceeds the 25 foot length pile limitation, you can dispose of it at the ecological center located at 3701 Princeton Pike, Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please share this information with your lawn service professionals. The Township is providing this additional service for your convenience as a result of the storm. Should you have additional questions, please contact the Public Works Department at 609-587-1894.
