Community Updates & Reminders for February 2019

1. Minutes from the recent 1/24/19 association meeting have been posted to the website; instructions on how to access it, as well as other association meeting information, can be found here.

2. Please remember - what to do when it snows, see here.

3. Below are 6 community maintenance issues being addressed:

• Replacement of split rail fence located at public paths COMPLETED

• Clean-out of creek area (back side of Canal View areas) - owners involved will be advised to assist on this, since their personal debris contribute to the blockage

• Repair of 3 sink holes

• Clean-out crates at the ends of the detention basin

• Removal of damaged tot lot on Canal View Dr. COMPLETED

• Removal of fallen tree by the walking path next to the clubhouse COMPLETED

*Landscaping items will not be tasked until the Spring.
