Important Message From TMK Management - Updates to Association Fee Auto-pay

Good afternoon, Yorkshire Village!

We were made aware of changes that were done to the Mutual of Omaha Bank payment system that went into effect as of January 1, 2019 that were not communicated to management. Attached (click HERE), is the copy of the notice that was emailed out to those owners that had been set up for automatic payments each month under the prior system, alerting you to the changes. Unfortunately, we're learning that not all of our owners on auto-pay received this! The timing by the bank for this changeover was horrendous at best, since we're trying to close out the month of December. At this time, we are asking anyone previously set up to check their account to confirm the January payment did change over to their new system. If not, you will have to recreate a new profile under the new system (click HERE for new ACH set up instructions). There will NOT be any late fees charged for January...

**Please note that this only applies to those owners that are set up for auto payment through the Mutual of Omaha Bank home page for the auto debit. If you have your payments set up to be released by your bank each month, nothing at all has changed.
