Spring Community Reminders

Now that it's finally Spring, and folks are out and about within the community, here are a few reminders of our community rules & regulations...

* Please remember that the maintaining of the landscape on your property is completely your responsibility as homeowner. This should include the weekly cutting of grass, weeding of the beds, edging around the walkways, grooming of any bushes/trees, as well as proper watering and fertilization to ensure a healthy lawn.

* Power washing of the siding on the house. If your home is in an area that has many trees or does not receive much sunlight, the siding will begin to develop mold. Please ensure that you have the house exterior power washed at least once, annually, in order to avoid mold from occurring. Several owners have received notices in the Fall about this. To avoid receiving a notice, please have this completed by Memorial Day; if you do not have a power washer, a contractor should be hired. Areas of your property would also include any fence you have - therefore, they should also be cleaned if mold develops.

* Holiday lights - although this is not an enforceable association rule - there are some homes that continue to have holiday lights on their houses which no longer hang neatly, nor are they fastened tightly, and have become unsightly. We ask that these lights are removed or re-secured so that the overall; curb appeal of the community remains positive.

* All trash and recycling items should be secured tightly in their respective bins when brought to the curb the night before pick up. We have a chronic issue with recycling/trash debris littering homes and common areas on windy days. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that items remain in the bins until pick up. * TMK Property Management, LLC has begun conducting regular inspections of landscaping and power washing . Please take heed in order to avoid receiving an actual violation notice.
